We are excited to announce that we have recently upgraded our coffee roaster to a state-of-the-art Giesen W30 Pro, Currently the 1st & only 1 in The Republic of Ireland. This new roaster allows us to control every aspect of the roasting process, ensuring that each batch of beans is roasted to perfection. With precise temperature control and airflow management, we can bring out the unique flavors of each variety of coffee beans, creating a truly exceptional cup of coffee.

In addition to our new roaster, we are thrilled to announce that we have received a new crop of beans from our direct trade partners at Fazenda Santa Cruz in Brazil. Our partnership with Fazenda Santa Cruz allows us to source some of the finest beans from the region, while also supporting the local farmers and their communities. By working directly with these farmers, we can ensure that they are paid fair prices for their hard work and that the beans are of the highest quality.

Our expert roasters have been hard at work, carefully roasting these new beans to bring out their unique flavors and with our commitment to sustainability, we make sure that every batch is roasted in a way that minimizes waste and energy consumption.
