Sourced from smallholders in the foothills of Mount Elgon at 1,800–2,200 masl, this coffee is produced by Norman Mukuru and his team at The Coffee Yard. Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience, the team carefully refines fermentation techniques to create distinctive, expressive profiles.
Processed using a fruit ferment washed method, cherries are fermented with added fruit before washing and drying, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with smooth structure.
Expect orange, cranberry, and red cherry, layered with milk chocolate and Nutella sweetness, a velvety body, and mellow acidity.
