Situated on the slopes of Cerro Chimborazo at 1,350–1,500 masl, Finca Los Papales is a historic López family estate with over a century of coffee-growing tradition. The farm’s cloud-forest climate and agro-ecological approach create ideal conditions for high-quality Arabica.
This lot undergoes a carefully controlled anaerobic washed process, with 72 hours of sealed fermentation followed by washing and slow drying on raised beds, resulting in a refined and expressive cup.
Expect apple, jasmine, peach, caramel, and milk chocolate, with bright acidity and a smooth, balanced body.
