This Release has been highly anticipated, after Visiting Brainne & the Vaneli Family last year in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It was apparent of this farms love and passion for the coffee they produce, Passed down through generations not only the land but the techniques of cultivating an amazing crop.
Natural Earth Beds.
This was one of the main differences we noticed on Fazenda Corrego Bonito, Drying the Coffee naturally directly on the earth versus the more commonly seen concrete patio or raised bed. Brainne told us this is how they have been processing their coffee for years and the reason behind it is if they experience large volumes of rain the earth will absorb all the water rather than it sitting and potentially ruining their harvest.
Profiling this coffee was an absolute joy, with notes of Hazelnut Brownie, Vanilla Ice Cream & Dried Raspberry you can probably imagine why. We recommend enjoying this coffee on Espresso or as a big bold filter.
