Wilfa Uniform - Electric Coffee Grinder

Ever since Wilfa introduced us to the Wilfa Svart Electric Coffee Grinder, we have been huge fans of their products. Instead of doing what most companies were doing, and shrinking the design of a commercial grinder to suit the home, Wilfa went back to the drawing board and designed this grinder to be perfectly specced and suited to home brewing.

The Wilfa Uniform has a very impressive 58mm burr set that achieves excellent grind consistency and bright, clean brews. 41 grind settings will give you great results across the board from French press to espresso. It is specifically designed with a slower motor than you might find in commercial grinders so as to keep the temperature in the brewing chamber stable and ensure that you get the best possible tasting cup (if the coffee gets too hot while grinding, this can result in astringent and unpleasant flavours in your cup).
