ETHIOPIA - GUJI MEGADU
GUJI | ETHIOPIA
Produced by Bette Buna on their own farm in Guji Megadu, this anaerobic natural lot highlights the vibrant character and complexity the region is known for. Based in one of Ethiopia’s most remote coffee-growing communities, Bette Buna works closely with local farmers to improve quality, sustainability, and traceability throughout every stage of production.
This lot was produced using only freshly picked ripe cherries before undergoing 96 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks. The coffee was then dried slowly on raised African beds and meticulously hand sorted multiple times before export. The result is a bright and expressive cup with layered sweetness and clarity.
Expect strawberry cream and lavender, with a refined sweetness and silky finish.
