Grown on the steep slopes of Bode Hill at 2,250–2,300 masl, Gonjobe Farm is the award-winning project of Basha Bekele. This high-altitude, semi-forested lot is produced using a carefully controlled anaerobic natural process, resulting in a vibrant and expressive cup.
Expect Black Forest cake, blackberry, blueberry, cocoa, and liquorice nibs, with a bright, lemonade-like acidity and a rich body.
